Refund Policy

Refunds are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and supported with photos or proof of issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, a replacement, or a store credit. Once your request is approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Certain items, such as installed window films, used bar tools, customized products, and opened pet accessories, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage conditions. Surfnpick reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on inspection.
