Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of issue (photos or video) is provided

Requests made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

Refund or Replacement

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A refund to the original payment method, or

  • A replacement for the same product

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Exceptions & Conditions

Certain items, such as installed window films, used bar tools, customized products, and opened pet accessories, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage conditions. Surfnpick reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on inspection.

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Our support team will respond within 2 business days.

Final Decision

All refunds and returns are subject to verification and approval after inspection.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Restocking fee

No restocking fee is charged on returns​
